Area Science Park - a public national research organization - promotes the development of innovation processes. Its mission is to boost connections between research and enterprise, public administration and the private sector, supporting national and international initiatives and fostering territorial development. Area Science Park provides a range of benefits to national economic systems, including skills for business innovation services, capacity for the development of innovative start-ups and technological facilities for industrial research.
   
Technology park Ljubljana is an innovative tech community of more than 300 companies, uniting entrepreneurs, innovators and researchers. Together with more than 1500 professionals TPLJ is active in the following main clusters and fields of focus: ICT, green technologies, health, smart and creative. As a creator of dialogue with policy levels TPLJ is considered best practice example by IASP, OECD and European Commission as well as significantly contributes to S3 implementation.
   
The Croatian Chamber of Economy is an independent professional and business organization established in 1852. With headquarters in Zagreb and 20 county chambers, CCE represents all the business entities established at the territory of the Republic of Croatia. Today CCE has more than 90.000 active members, almost 99% of them being SMEs. CCE actively supports its members’ interests before the government and EU institutions, aiming to create stable business environment and better investment climate.
   
Science Technology Park Belgrade is supporting entrepreneurs, startups and growing tech companies in innovation development and commercialization by providing need-based set of infrastructure and business support services. Tech Park was established in 2015, in the partnership of the Serbian Government, City of Belgrade and University of Belgrade, supported by the Swiss Government, with the aim to boost national innovation ecosystem.
   
The Centre for Research and Technology-Hellas (CERTH) is one of the leading centres in Greece and among the TOP-20 E.U. research institutions with the highest participation in competitive research grants. CERTH has important scientific and technological achievements in Energy, Environment, ICT, Transportation & Sustainable Mobility, Health, Agro-biotechnology and Smart farming as well as in several cross-disciplinary areas. Today, more than 650 scientists and engineers work at CERTH.
   
University of Basilicata is a relatively young but competitive University. It is strongly engaged in promoting international research and technology transfer. It counts about 300 professors, 6 departments, many research groups, and participates to several international networks. The Department of Mathematics, Computer Science and Economics collaborates with the School of Engineering to offer the bachelor degree in Computer Science, and the master degree in Computer Engineering. It also offers a PhD program in Computer Science and Mathematics.
   
The Ministry of Finance and Economy is a department of the Albanian Government, responsible for matters relating to economic policy, the central government budget, taxes, banking, security and insurance, international economy, central, regional and local government. In September 2017, the Ministry was restructured by joining the Department of Economy, which was part of the Ministry of Economic Development, Tourism, Trade and Enterprise.
